What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: the service and vehicle size you pick, your name, your phone number, and whether it is your first detail. If you later text us photos, your address or other details, we use them only to quote and schedule your service.
Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data automatically, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and how you found the site. This is gathered through cookies and similar tools described below.
How we use it
- To reply with your quote and schedule your detail
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request and service
- To understand how people use the site and to measure and improve our ads
Text messages
If you check the consent box on the quote form, we may text you about your quote, scheduling and requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with services that help us run the site and the business:
- FormSubmit delivers quote form submissions to our email.
- GitHub Pages and Cloudflare host and deliver this website.
- Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive site activity through the Meta Pixel so we can measure and show our ads.
We may also share information if required by law.
Cookies and ads

- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
- Installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
- Changing your Facebook ad preferences
- Opting out at aboutads.info
How long we keep it
We keep quote and customer information as long as we need it to provide service and keep normal business records, then delete it.
